Position is good no far from the center

− We had a problem with the bathroom bided pipe was leaking, but mostly problem was with bedroom the mattress was very smelly like urine from cat . I complained but owner didn’t turn up to sort out the problem , only at the check out when I have sent my feedback. The owner denied as the facto they haven’t slept in the bed is that when you are into that can smell the acid . We couldn’t sleep for the 4 days we stayed .

− Diversi problemi. Il Wi-Fi non ha mai funzionato durante il soggiorno ed anche le due televisioni per cui non ho potuto utilizzare nulla di questi “servizi”. Il bagno era sporco, ho ripulito il wc ed anche il lavandino incrostato di dentifricio e pur avendolo segnalato subito all host via msg non è stato pulito. Non erano presenti saponi per le mani di cortesia ne bagnoschiuma o shampoo di servizio se non due confezioni già aperte di supermercato poggiate sulla vasca. I cuscini estremamente duri ed il letto molto scomodo oltre che corto. Il prezzo del soggiorno non è compatibile con ciò che vivi in quel bnb.

La comodidad, ubicación y limpieza.

− La cerradura de ingreso al apartamento es la única con la que tuve problemas en los últimos 7 lugares en que me he hospedado hasta el momento. Deficiente. La atención de la persona que nos recibió dejó que desear; sabiendo que en la tarde que llegamos habíamos tenido problemas para abrir la puerta, no se molestó en enviarme un mensaje de texto los días siguientes para saber si se había repetido el problema. Por otro lado, al consultarle a la misma persona cuál era la forma más conveniente de llegar al apartamento desde la estación de tren, me respondió que con taxi o a pie, cuando a solo metros pasan 2 lineas de buses que hacen ese recorrido. Por último, también tuve que solicitar el código para dejar las llaves en la caseta al hacer el check-out, que no me habían enviado el primer día como se me había dicho. Este tipo de detalles contribuyen a disminuir la valoración de tan hermoso apartamento.

It's a cute apartment very close to the city centre. The location is perfect for visiting most of the attractions of Vicenza (walking distance). Guests can use a private garage right across the street.

− The furniture is slightly outdated and the bathroom could use a renovation. The primary bed (in the sleeping room) is comfortable, but the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service could be improved: when we arrived at the apartment we had to open the couch and do the bed on our own (it was not ready for four persons, as reserved).
