7.0Het was een ruim appartement met veel faciliteiten.
− Qua onderhoud mag er wel iets gedaan worden. Sommige muren konden wel wat verf gebruiken en het terras buiten kon ook wel opgeknapt worden. Een parasol zou zeker niet geen overbodige luxe zijn.

8.0L'appartement correspond parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce. Le gros plus est la vue et la terrasse ! Bien placé, à 15 min à pied du centre de Baveno pour prendre le bateau et visiter les îles Borromées, retour belle montée ! Logement au calme .

− Es fehlte ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse und das es keinen Backofen gab,wäre ein Toaster gut gewesen.

10.0Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Udostępnił nam apartament bwz problemu o 10 rano pomimo ze doba zaczyna się od 15. W apartamencie ogromny taras z wygodnym meblami ogrodowym oraz z rewelacyjny widokiem na jezioro. Kawka dostępna na cały ppbyt.Polecam każdemu ten apartament!!!!
