dreckiger Pool und Frühstück muss man doppelt zahlen

− Der Pool war bein Ankunft geschlossen, weil er schmutzig war. Es schwamm sogar ein toter Vogel darin. Obwohl wir Frühstück inkl. hatten, gab es zunächst die Häfte nicht mehr und Tortillas waren kalt, weil sie kein Gas hatten. Trotz Buchungsbestätigung mit inkludierten Frühstück, mussten wir das Frühstück zahlen, da sie uns sonst nicht abreisen lassen haben.
