1.0− Our stay was extremely disappointing and stressful. When we arrived, the owner had not registered our names with the building administration nor informed the security guards about our booking. Because of this, we had difficulty entering the property and spent a long time trying to contact the owner, who was not answering calls or messages. When we finally got inside the unit, we were shocked to find that the place was infested with cockroaches. This was completely unacceptable and clearly showed poor maintenance and sanitation. Because of the condition of the unit, we immediately requested cancellation and a refund, but the owner never responded to our requests. Due to these issues, we had no choice but to find and pay for another accommodation on short notice, which caused us additional expense and inconvenience. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this property.
