6.0Posizione strepitosa, casa dalle mille potenzialità, completa di tutti gli accessori necessari, spazi esterni ampi e vivibili a pochi minuti di macchina da Sperlonga e raggiungibile con ciclabile...a piedi mezz'ora. Spiaggia ampia, sia attrezzata che libera e mare bellissimo. Lago per chi ama pescare. Parcheggio interno per l'automobile. Condizionatori funzionanti. Il bagno è esterno alla casa ma non ha rappresentato alcun problema.
− La villetta ha bisogno di essere ristrutturata, anche iniziando da una semplice imbiancata, potrebbe essere un vero gioiellino nella sua particolarità. L'esterno non ha coperture che garantiscano la privacy come siepi che però coprirebbero la vista del lago.
