− No elevator - impossible to carry large suitcases up the stairs.

9.0Overall everything was great.
− Although it was in the mountains and the temperature was better than where we came from, the temp of the room was not great which made hanging out or sleeping a bit uncomfortabl at times. A fan was in the room which did seem to help a bit.

Excellent value close enough to Aspen without the price.
10.0The property was 18 min from Aspen and they had free bus service every 15 min until 2am. Walking distance to several restaurants. The unit was very clean and located on side of a majestic mountain
