A lovely property. Really clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Would definitely recommend.
10.0A home away from home. Everything I needed was there. Used as temporary accommodation before finding somewhere new to live permanently. Michael was good at responding to messages.
− Parking a bit annoying as quite tight and tenant in top flat tried using the space allocated for the office. Michael did speak to them straight away. A nicer outside table and chairs would be nice and one for each property so not having to share. A bit of broken garden "rattan fence" needs to be removed and an old broom, or at least put away in a storage shed. On entry the property does smell a bit from the bathroom which just needs better ventilation.

10.0We stayed at The Forge, 3 nights. We were impressed with the quality of the fixtures and fittings. The flat is warm and very comfortable and it was an excellent location with a very good pub in the village.

Fabulous apartment in a prime location
10.0As before, a beautifully decorated apartment that was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need. Michael is a wonderful host and when I had difficulty opening the door, he came straight away and resolved the issue without complaint.
Really enjoyed the accommodation and the local area.
8.0Location is a lovely village, close to two local pubs and handy for hitchin and stevenage.
− Parking issues as spaces outside are limited to two, one for each property, but the upstairs neighbor uses one.
