4.0Properly was clean and well set out
− There is an annex in the garden which also had someone staying, access via the garden which was a shock! It stated check in from 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and the properly was not cleaned yet and then the cleaner was still there past 5pm.

8.0Clean, comfortable, space. If we visit Silverstone we will stay there again. Shops not far, local woodland to walk in. National Trust property to visit too.
Suitable for our trip and family wedding we were travelling with to attend a family wedding
8.0Very modern property, well decorated and equipped. Quiet location.
− There were no towel rails or shelves in the bathrooms. Garden very scruffy and uncared for.
