7.0Molto bella la piscina e la zona piscina: trattandosi di una una vacanza al mare era il requisito fondamentale.
− Alcuni particolari un pò trascurati nel tempo (infissi esterni - zona giorno interna alla struttura). La struttura meriterebbe un ammodernamento in alcuni punti.

8.0Sehr schönes Haus, viele Pflanzen und Bäumen, wunder schönes Pool, sehr viel Platz, Zimmer waren sehr sauber
− Sehr veraltet, Küche zwingend Erneuerungsbedürftig, Duschkabinen unpraktisch und veraltet. Sauberkeit ausserhalb der Zimmer könnte verbessert werden, Billardtisch umbrauchbar, Kühlschrank bei der Pool Bar verrostet.

− Mattresses old and should be renewed, showers were either too cold or too hot (temperature control not working), kitchen old and not all appliances working properly. Everything fairly dated.
