7.0- Angajații asiatici de la restaurantul Alexandra și cei care făceau curățenie în camere - piscina exterioară a hotelului era încălzită - accesul la o plajă privată numită Heroes Beach.
− Mult prea multe dar o sa incerc sa enumăr doar câteva: - am găsit o urmă a hotelului de altă dată, probabil că în urmă cu 15 ani a fost ceva deosebit dar acum arată dezolant. - am observat că se acordă mai multă grijă exteriorului ( terenului de golf,grădinei) decât interiorului hotelului și a camerelor - mobilier uzat - tapetul de pe perete era deslipit - lenjerie, prosoape, toate îngălbenite de vreme - igrasie și curățenie superficială,mai ales în baie - balustrade care se țin de formă - spoturi, lumini nefuncționale in cameră

10.0Ne place și de 4 ani ne petrecem vacanța de vară acolo. Este liniște, curat, micul dejun super și personalul foarte amabil! Plajă este perfectă 😍

7.02 adulti+1copil. luna iulie. camera dubla cu extra bed. Locatia este una superba. terenurile de golf foarte ingrijite si chiar camera cu vedere parc sunt superbe ca view. camera spatioasa. paturile mari si comfortabile. lifturi rapide. spa superb piscina interioara incapatoare si temperatura ok piscina exterioara superba cu apa calda si cu acces bar la restaurantul grecesc si acces bar interior lobby cat si piscina interioara si spa. curtatenie la bai exterioare si interioare mic dejun gustos cu preparare omlete, oua benedict, goffre si clatite. pranz si cina in functie de cat de ocupat e hotelul asa e si mancarea. daca e ocupat este diversificare( iepure rata porc pui). daca nu este ocupat( porc pui) la restaurant se cere bautura persoanelor care debaraseaza. bauturile tipic bulgaresti dar recomand o atentie la barul din lobby si o sa vedeti de ce. puteti inchiria biciclete si buggyuri. plimbari pe terenurile de golf. si recomand rezervare la restaurantul a la carte. EXTRAORDINARA mancarea/servirea. drumul la plaja se face pe 2 cai- una pe drumul pricipal si una din resort pe niste serpentine(recomand cu masina personala) daca va duceti cu masina hotelului aveti grija sa fiti din timp la ora respectiva ca nu asteapta daca se umple. iar portiunea de la drumul principal care coboara spre plaja e ceva ingrozitor pentru masina de aceea parcati sus. Plaja superba cum rar am vazut in Bulgaria. ZERO valuri. apa mica( perfecta copil. sezlonguri ingrijite si barul pe plaja are contract cu hotelul pentru sucuri si bere restul cu plata. seara la masa 1 ora de show musical si in weekend si ceva extra cu dansuri Curatenie... se facea dar la un nivel...mediu
− As spune ca am ajuns la 1:30 si am crezut ca macar pentru copil o sa primim bratara sa prinda o ciorbita dar nu. am intrat cu cina chiar daca hotelul era la undeva 40% ocupat. problema cea mai mare. Mirosul de mucegai din baie. Mucegaiul din baie. colacul de wc care vizibil afectat. prosoapele care probabil erau de cand s a deschis hotelul in 1990. Drumul de la principala catre plaja o portiune de 100 m care e asa de ani de zile si nu vor sa astupe craterele din asfalt. Diferenta mare de servire intre barurile din hotel si cel de la greek bar. Cu premium all inclusive parca imi era jena sa cer la greek bar sa nu l supar pe barman ca vreau un gin sau o cola...
