10.0Everything was great. New apartment, nice, warm, well equipped and in an extremely good location. Close to everything and yet in a peaceful and quiet area. Plenty of parking around the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out from the apartment.

− Only one issue was with water (not the owner's fault). There wasn't enough water for normal daily functioning, barely to wash teeth.
