4.0Great appliances. Lots of coffee and toilet paper. Easy in and out locks. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided.
− 4 bedrooms upstairs sharing one bathroom with only a bathtub and a hand held shower. Downstairs I bedroom without a closet and the only shower in The house. No blinds on windows, just a curtain to block the very close neighbors. Lacking furniture and any decor.
Ticked all the boxes for a group traveling to the area. Highly recommended for a stay close to NY.
10.0The option to stay in Long Beach and travel to NY was a major factor in our choosing the property. It worked perfectly. Weekly ticket and a 5 minute walk to the LIRR terminal. The property was clean, well maintained and had all the facilities we required as a group, including a Japanese style toilet! The one issue we had , a minor one with a bathroom door being locked, was resolved within 10 minutes even though it was a Sunday evening. Hosts couldn't have communicated any better, from booking to check out. Long Beach provided plenty of variety for eating and drinking, Toast and Bright Eye brewery probably the highlights. Ideal for a stay where the centre of Manhattan doesn't appeal.

10.0All good. Very nice place and location for an extended family holiday. Well organized property. Great location. Close to beach, restaurants etc. Direct train via LIRR into the center of Manhattan.
