− Coc.kroaches Broken air conditioning. Even if it was not broken, was a portable airco that is not enough for the poorly insulated place during the heatwave. We stayed only 1 night out of 5 due to cockroac problem. They agreed to give money back for the 4 nights, but only gave refund for 2. That’s 600 euros that I lost.

8.0La ubicación es excelente, a pocos pasos de King's cross, desde donde puedes usar casi todos los medios de transporte para moverte por Londres. Es espacioso y todo funciona bien, los ventiladores se agradecen en plena ola de calor
− Es todo desatendido o por WhatsApp (aunque ya lo sabíamos), la recogida de llaves y las indicaciones para encontrar el apartamento son claras, pero requieren de cierta atención. Quizá se podría mejorar un poco la limpieza

8.0Die Lage nahe Kings Cross und dem Eurostar ist super. Die Vermietung ist sehr bemüht, alles rund um An- und Abreise gut zu regeln. Das Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof ist ziemlich ruhig.
− Achtung: Nicht verwechseln mit einem gleichnamigen Gebäude in 2 km Entfernung!

7.0Great position, very quiet even though it's minutes from King's Cross station. Very spacious and has most of what you need for your stay. Very easy to get the keys at whatever time you arrive in London. The staff is very responsive when you have questions.
− There could be a couple more items in the kitchen that would make the stay more comfortable, like a jug for water, but it's really small stuff. They didn't factor enough towels for 2 people and it took them a couple of days to provide them when I asked, but luckily it wasn't a major inconvenience as my husband arrived a couple of days later than I did. Just a tip for the management company, make sure you check how many people are staying and plan accordingly.
