− Everything we wanted and expected was available. In the increasingly hot UK weather maybe you could add a sheet on the bed in case it's too warm for the duvet. And maybe add a clock in the living dining room.

North facing, so it stayed cool during the day. 50 yards from the promenade and the path down to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, so good for two couples.

Our Craighhurst holiday

All ground floor property which we needed. Had a couple of outside steps but also had a ramp for my walker. Had everything you needed. Excellent location. Have tried to book this property before but always full. Will definitely try and go back hopefully. A mixture of old and new . More old than new but it was great

− Did have a issue with the chairs. We both have mobility issues. I was expecting the settee and chairs to be higher So many places we have stayed in there sofas are so big you cant touch the floor lol. These were better with the actual arms but still a little to low.

Location, comfy beds, good size bathrooms, smart decor.

− It was tricky getting to the address. It was called 8 Craighhurst and there is an 8 Craighurst on the front, also with a key safe. The flat is another 8 Craighhurst round side of building. Clearer instructions to find right one would be helpful - especially as no phone coverage in the area to work things out. Also the shower in the smaller bathroom. - the temperature guage sticks and is hard to make cooler.

A great place to stay - we will be back.

its a very lovely simple and comfortable property - its to the side of a sea front property so there is a sort of 'side sea view'.The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has an ensuite .One larger than the other.The living area has a sofa and two chairs and is cosy place to sit and watch TV - and we loved sitting in the little front part where we could have a glass of wine and see the sea as the sun set . It has everything you need including a pot to make coffee (essential).Its in a great location - by the sea, near the town , near beach cafes and the pier ! parking was available free right outside.

− The window in one of the bedrooms seemed impossible to open (we all tried) which made it a bit hot - but it might just be a knack) The shower in the small ensuite got stuck on boiling hot - but the owner sent someone the following day to remedy it!
