An enjoyable stay for a group of 5 adults and 5 children.
7.0Communicative host who replied promptly whenever contacted. The location was good and the number of bedrooms was ideal. Ample towels, constant hot water, comfy beds and ideal parking directly opposite as we had 3 cars between us.
− The air fryer, cooker front, some pans, crockery, cutlery and cookware required washing before use. There was insufficient cutlery, mugs and dining chairs for 10 people. There were not enough toilet rolls for 10 people, we had to buy more on day 2 of 4.

10.0Large property which was very comfortable and clean. We were a party of 5 ladies on a walking trip up the coastal path and it was a really convenient location

Spacious house in great location, but let down by the basics
5.0Plenty of space for two families (4 adults and 4 kids), location was great, short walk to the amazing beach. Hosts very responsive when had a small issue and was sorted quickly.
− Property was lacking basic things you'd expect to be provided, like bath mats, hand wash in all the bathrooms, hooks to hang wet towels etc. Window coverings were office blinds that hardly blocked out any light - not good when it starts getting light at 4am in June. Floor downstairs was sticky and needed a thorough mop.

6.0Nice bedding and a big house
− No natural light in the living areas (kitchen, dining room and living room) Also no access to the small garden from the house, had to walk out of the side door along the pavement and negotiate the bins. Not good when you want to let the dog out for a wee
Overall we were very pleased with the property, except for the wi-fi problem.
7.0Good location, a very short walk to an attractive bay/beach, and a modest walk to a small town centre with reasonable facilities. Adequate parking just yards from the front door and lots of space in the property with a well equiped kitchen.
− There was a constant problem in connecting to the property wi-fi signal. which made it impossible to use either my, or my partner's, tablet. The owner was contacted but was unable to remedy the problem.
