The worst experience we ever had.

Nothing. Maybe if you're into dark streaks and burn marks from cigarette ashes and dirty walls, this accommodation might suit you.

− Our experience with this property was, without a doubt, the worst we ever had while travelling. The whole apartment smelled of cigarettes and dirt, the kind of smell one encounters when visiting an abandoned old house. This was especially true for the bathroom, where the toilet seat was very dirty and with stains all over it. The bedroom was even worse... It consisted of one large bed in some sort of alcove - unfortunately, what could have been a romantic spot was in fact full of dirt on the walls, marks from cigarette burns, and graffiti on the walls. At this point, should I even mention there were no towels provided for us? The living room, not to be outdone, boasted a cigarette burn in the fabric of the sofa, which smelled of stale cooking oil from the kitchen that was nearby. Needless to say, this level of dirt made the space unusable, so we had no choice but to leave the property and book something else for the night. The property host disappeared without a trace and didn't answer our calls or the emails sent by the Booking.com staff, which were very helpful. We tried everything to get maybe a portion of our money back, but to no success. The moral of the story is, beware of this property if you want to enjoy your trip to Trondheim.

− Trånga sovrum, dammigt här och där, medioker tv. Ingen vattenanslutning till tvättmaskinen.

Die Lage und Trondheim top… die Wohnung ein Flop!

Die Lage zum Zentrum war optimal… ca 15 zu Fuß den Berg herunter und später wieder rauf. Damit aber top Anbindung zu allem was man im Zentrum sehen möchte.

− Die Bilder auf booking täuschen über den wahren Zustand und Sauberkeit der Wohnung hinweg. Wir hatten für drei Personen gebucht. Es fehlten Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die erst nach mehreren Aufforderungen geliefert wurden. Das Bettlaken für die dritte Person war noch sehr feucht, sodass wir unser eigenes Laken verwendet haben. Insgesamt das erste Mal über eine Buchung bei booking schwer enttäuscht.

− Ikke rengjort, var bare sengetøy og håndklær til 2 personer vi bestilte for 3, ble lovet å få det levert det skjedde aldri, under kommunikasjonen ble det lovet levert det som manglet, samt en kompensasjon hørte ikke noe mer og de svarte ikke på meldinger vi sendte det er dårlig.

I recommend throwing away the carpet in the living room.

− The carpet smells bad and looks very unhygienic. Due to the street riots near the house, I would not recommend families with children to stay in that area.
