First class.
10.0Everything. Clean, comfortable, easy parking.
− Warren of streets to get there. Didn’t find a cafetière. Minor things!
Very unpleasant.
1.0− I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this property was truly upsetting and I feel it’s important to warn future guests. Upon arrival, we checked in slightly early (2:20pm instead of 3:00pm), after receiving keysafe instructions from the owner via the Blink camera. At no point were we told that this would be a problem. Shortly after settling in, I noticed a detached radiator valve. Wanting to be transparent, I immediately took a photo and messaged the owner through Booking.com to report it. Instead of appreciating my honesty, the owner arrived, was very angry and aggressive, and then accused me and my partner and son of causing the damage. Despite my clear explanation and evidence, he insisted we were responsible and threatened to report us to Booking.com. What made matters worse was the owner’s subsequent behaviour. He began sending me a series of strange and accusatory messages via Booking.com. I even offered to leave immediately if he refunded me for the money Id paid, but he chose not to address this offer and instead continued with more odd messages. His conduct was very unsettling, at one point, he returned to the property and barged past me at the front door without invitation. I was deeply offended when the owner questioned my integrity and even brought religion into the conversation, telling me I would have to “face God with my conscience.” I found this especially inappropriate and hypocritical, as his behaviour was not aligned with Christian values whatsoever. As a fellow property owner, I was shocked by this unprofessional and offensive conduct. I have always treated my guests with respect and honesty, and I expected the same from others. Additionally, the property was not as clean as expected, there were dead insects in the area, which I also documented with photos. This, combined with the owner’s attitude, made our stay uncomfortable and stressful.
Exceptional
10.0Very clean property, nice surprise with all the shower gels and kitchen cleaning supplies being left. Comfortable beds, plenty space, all what you need = is there.

10.0− Getting up in a morning
Superb
9.0− The Kitchen - Whilst I dont want to be too negative about the house as it was extremely clean and comfortable and the owner went above and beyond to sort an issue out, the kitchen certainly lacked in the basic requirements. No salt / pepper pots, tea but no coffee. 1 poor knife for cooking (blunt) no basics such as oil, frying pans that were not condusive with the induction hobs, no potato peeler - although there was a potato masher - etc. When away and one is catering for oneself, you would think there would be the standard supplies in the kitchen.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
