− Coffeebean didn't provided the room we booked through booking.com They said they don't have such rooms and the next day, they said they have an issue with the booked room. They gave small rooms and for the room i booked, they asked for additional money, we ended up by paying additional cost.

A damage deposit of INR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
