10.0Property is at a premium location. It is centrally located. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There are cafes and bakeries within walking distance and a lot of museums/ attractions in a short driving distance. The apartment is very clean.

− Not the best for a small group of girls who all need to get ready. The only mirror is in the bathroom. It was doable, but crammed.
