Catastrophe from start to end.

The gate attendant was fantastic. Helping us after we where given the wrong gate code. He was extremely friendly. The location was great. The other patrons where also extremely welcoming.

− The list of issue we had with the listing started with being given unclear check in instructions and The wrong main gate code. Once inside it was clear that the place wasnt being kept up. 5+ burnt out light bulbs. A broken ceiling fan in the main living area that hummed and twitched when turned on and terrible water pressure in both showers. There where Patched holes in walls, Bent towel bars, broken kitchen cabinet shelves, broken closet doors, and missing flatware. An the furniture was very well used scuffed and some even peeling. The toe strips arund the entire condo where peeling and scratched in desparate need of repair. Then we started discovering saftey concerns. We booked the condo for 2 nights main booking feature was the "view" and the steam shower. However the view we really got was of a parking lot and the steam shower was dangerous to use with half the lights burnt out and the other barley working. Our kids bunk bed had a broken ladder and a extreamly loose railing. Out main bedroom had a handle that repeadly fell off trapping us for a short time. If your looking for privacy or even a quiet place. There is no privacy for 2 of the 4 beds one bed being in a loft overlooking the livingroom and one being in what I would only consider a hallway. The 3rd bed is in a makeshift 5 foot tall( at most ) room that looks from the outside as if it would be a closet. Our patio door did not lock as well. But since the patio or balcony was at most 3 feet wide and had a metal grate floor we didnt use it. We tried reaching out about our concerns the evening we checked in but recieved a very generic response. We reached out again after the incident with being stuck in the bedroom and didnt recieve a response until we reached out to bookings customer service.

The location was perfect for our Cedar Point vacation. Amazing sunsets from the balcony. Comfortable and roomy for family of 4.

− More blankets available would be nice. There were only 3 forks in the drawer.

Awesome stay. Great location. Would definitely do it again.

Location was great. So much room in the apartment.

− Parking was initially a problem because we were told our unit didn’t have parking pass but that was taken care of promptly.

Good location, but poorly equipped and lack of communication

Location was great for Cedar Point. It was on the water but the view overlooked the parking lot and trash cans. There was a nice gym, but pool and hot tub were not open, which was disappointing because we had planned on swimming. The building itself was quiet and safe, we saw only 1 other person during the 4 days were stayed. The beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the multiple loft rooms.

− We booked this rental specifically because it included a washer and dryer, but the washer was full of dirty towels and was broken. Overall the unit was poorly equipped. There were no hangers in the closet. We had to use the few bath towels that were supplied to wash dishes because there were no paper towels or kitchen towels. There were only 3 forks for a unit that sleeps 8+. There were no check-in or check-out instructions or any information, so I ended up having to call multiple times to ask questions. The management company was quick to remedy the issues that they could, but they could definitely do a better job on the front end to require less effort of their guests.

The location; very safe

− Active water leak, called twice; room was hot cause they turned the air off. Floor was wet from the leak.

It was bigger than expected. The photos do not do justice for the rooms! We have 8 kids, 2 adults, & we bring our Grandma. We had room for everyone. The steam room is absolutely amazing! Customer service was a breeze to call. The WiFi & TVs worked perfectly. It was very clean, extra blankets if needed.

− There were a few minor things broken, including the washer/dryer (we visited the waterpark so we needed to be able to wash our bathing suits) but overall, we will be coming back to this location!
