− Door was broken

6.0Carpet was clean.bed was clean. Mattress was fine. Pillows were fine. Nothing stood out. We just needed to sleep for a few hours. Glad we were not staying longer.
− Towels were thin. Blankets were thin. Full size beds? Barely breakfast. No elevator. It was less pricey, but still too much for what we got.

7.0Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location provided easy access to the main highway, the room was clean, and having on-site laundry facilities was a convenient amenity.
− I would have appreciated being able to purchase soap and obtain quarters for the laundry facilities. When I approached the front desk that morning, the staff member appeared to be on a personal phone call and seemed reluctant to be interrupted. A more guest-focused level of service would have made the experience much better.
