Pool home with a new sparkling pool, close to beach, lovely lake view♡

Das Ferienhaus war ordentlich und sauber. Die Unterkunft ist mit gemütlichen und modernen Möbel ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum. Ganz nah zum Strand und nicht weit zu den Shopping Straßen in Naples. Der große Pool mit dem hervorragenden Pool Deck und dem wunderbaren Blick auf die Natur und den See, hat uns am Besten gefallen. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war immer sehr nett und freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.

Hier kommt mann gut zur Ruhe alles sehr gut.

Was very satisfied with the location, the privacy, and beautiful outside set-up with pool and view of lake.

− If I had to pick anything, I'd say the pillows. I took the ones from another bedroom because the ones in the master bedroom weren't comfortable. Also, I'm one for televisions in the bedrooms

Great location, very cozy house. Everything we needed was there. The back yard overlooking the lake was just wonderful. From here you can quickly reach the sea and the beaches.

Property is in a lovely location with good facilities and a fantastic outlook onto the lake. The pool is much needed and a good size and temperature, property is spacious and generous sized bedrooms.

− Pool cleaner didn't do a great job and made the pool dirtier than before he started and meant we couldn't use the pool for half a day which would've been nice to have been aware prior to arrival as we could have planned around this. Some of the switches and tv need some explanation for Europeans to use but in good order. Sadly, our experiences with regards to payment and return of security deposit have really put a dampener on the end of a fantastic family holiday, coupled with threats from the owner to make a claim against us for who knows what. Such a shame as without this, would've booked again next year for sure and had already recommended to family who have now changed plans.
