Our home is in a small homeowner's association and all rules of the association must be followed. You agree not to trespass on neighbor's properties which include any other driveways on the private road we are on. You may only use our land and the road itself. We have a fine for trespassing.
The hot tub is included for the peak ski season (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional set up fee.
