Brilliant stay for a large group
9.0Beautiful old accommodation with masses of character. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Huge rooms. Great for hide and seek. Lots of garden and things for kids to play with. Easy walk to village. Lovely touches like fruit basket and logs for fire.
− Settees not comfy. Not a place for infirm lots of stairs.

10.0Nothing to dislike - an exceptional holiday home - spacious, very comfortable, lovely and warm (especially this time of year, January) for size of property. Bedrooms huge!!, ensuites to bedrooms used - essential when a large group being catered for. Liked the separate lounge from television room and a beautiful dining room - kitchen something to 'dream' about!! Online pictures true, didn't realise how big the reception & hallways were. What more can I say!!???

10.0Every single thing about this property is magnificent! The location, the history and the building itself makes for an amazing long weekend! Hide and seek is a must no matter what age!

9.0Well equipped house. Spent most of our time in the kitchen and TV room. Felt like we were 'at home' but in the fanciest home.
− Maybe needed more hairdryers as there was only one which we didn't find immediately
