8.0it was close to downtown Sanford the house was clean
− that the owner say no dog allow and the posting say pet friendly miss communication but after we talked everything was fine

10.0The house was wonderful. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and spacious. Great location. The hostess was very responsive. So glad we stayed here and would definitely stay again!

The location and actual room in the property was perfect. Ants and grass issues.

− There were small black ants in the house especially in the master bath, sprayed them often and they consistently kept coming back. The small black ants were also on the sidewalk and driveway. The grass was also extremely high and should have been cut.

10.0The location is excellent and wth a view of a lake. It was great to sit out and look at the peaceful water. The beds were comfortable and the the living room is large. We had comfortable nights. If I come that way again, I won't hesitate to book again.

10.0Clean, comfortable, great appliances and kitchen tools! Plenty of towels, comfortable bathrooms. Loved convenience of the garage and the beautiful lake view in the yard.
