Basic condo that filled the need, but absolutely not "luxurious"!

Comfortable, clean and quiet. The maintenance guys around the building were very pleasant.

− A little dated and definitely not "luxurious ". It was your basic condo that needed paint touch ups and general maintenance. The beach area smelled awful and the water was mucky and not swim safe.

Luxurious should be removed from the name, it was just the opposite! We’ve stayed in many places & this is one of t

The pool area was very well taken care of & pier was nice to take sunrise photos.

− As walking in the door, wall decor with hooks had a hook missing, notice on door was about last October & November so extremely outdated. Several places were damaged & not repaired, door to bathroom, strip on floor between hall & bathroom damaged, bottom of kitchen cabinet walking in damaged, lamps in bedrooms & main area crooked & not working well. Luis was going to order part for one. Curtain rod to balcony had been pulled out several times obviously & was very crooked. Place was not clean, all handles (doors & drawers) dirty & gummy. Not enough towels, either kitchen or bath. Plenty of beach towels. Unfortunately entire complex balconies were barely large enough for 2 people! As 2 couples it would be nice for us all to sit out in the evening.
