7.0Überaus freundliches Personal in der Kinderbetreuung . Besonders die schwimmlehrerinnn
− In einem Zimmer für 3 Personen , zu wenig Platz für den Kofferinhalt. Keine Kofferablage , die Koffer mussten am Boden liegen . Nur 1 Sessel am Zimmer , obwohl genügend Platz für 2 Sessel gewesen wäre. Die Bitte nach einem zweiten Sessel , damit ich gemeinsam mit meiner Enkelin Brettspiele machen kann , wurde abgelehnt, ohne wirklich nachvollziehbare Begründung . Kundenfreundlichkeit schaut anders aus !!! Sowas habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt !!! Das Personal im Thermenbistro steht herum und schaut uns beim warten durch eine Glasscheibe in der Küche zu . Wir waren die einzigen die bestellen wollten . Das Essen im Bistto hat schlechte Qualität und entspricht nicht dem Preis .

10.0Ein tolles Hotel für Urlaub mit Kindern. Schöne Therme, super Frühstück, schöne Zimmer. Ein ganz, ganz toller Spielbereich für die Kinder!
