10.0Alles, de locatie is perfect gelegen op de Corniche met constante verbindingen met de rest van de stad. Het uitzicht vanop het terras is adembenemend, zeker als de zon ondergaat. Het appartement is perfect uitgerust met veel oog voor detail, alles is voorzien. De inrichting is heel persoonlijk en reflecteert de persoonlijkheid van de eigenaar. De wifi werkt heel goed. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk, hij reageert onmiddellijk op alle berichten en is zeer betrouwbaar. Ik heb mijn uitvalsbasis voor toekomstige bezoeken aan Alexandrië gevonden, ik kom zeker terug!
− Ik kan oprecht niets verzinnen dat ik als minpunt kan vermelden.

3.0The view.
− The kitchen and bathroom were a mess. The fridge was extremely dirty, with leftover food and half-eaten dinner plates. It was also crowded with food stuff (apparently the owner lives there and vacates when the place is booked! He referred to all that stuff as "personal belongings"!) The stove-top was greasy and there was undisposed of garbage. The kitchen sink was greasy too. In the bathroom, the toilet bowl was dingy. When I asked the owner to clean the unclean stuff, he said he could not possibly do it and asked me to "deal with" whatever I did not like!! I phoned Booking.com Customer Service and they contacted him and that was the only way he could come and clean the apartment properly. Sincere advice not to book there!!

− It is not a flat for rent it is already family house, they live the flat to rent and come back Washing machine is full of clothes There is only 1 advantage the sea view with poor painting balcony. Also there is nobody to check out and take keys . You have to leave them anywhere
