The building is new, the renovation is modern and tasteful. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic — everything is close by, from shops and cafes to public transport. I especially recommend the R.Fitness & Spa 24/7 nearby — such a great gym and wellness center! The host was super helpful and quick to respond to all my questions, which I really appreciated. The private parking is a big bonus, but I did run into a small issue: upon arrival, you need to park somewhere temporarily and go to the reception to get the key for the parking gate — not the easiest task on a narrow city-center street. Luckily, there’s a paid parking lot just down the road, which helped a lot. It might be worth asking the host in advance if the concierge could meet you with the key at the curb — that would make things even smoother. Unfortunately, I had a bit of bad luck: – The jacuzzi wasn’t working, and the bathtub was leaking. It was quite stressful trying to avoid flooding the downstairs neighbors. The host did promise to fix everything. Still, these issues didn’t ruin my overall positive impression. If the jacuzzi and bathtub are fixed, I would happily stay here again!

The appartment was great, very clean, very nice, the host is helpful. Location is awesome.

− The bathtub was broken at the moment of our stay, so we were not able to fill it up. And it was the main reason for us to book this exact appartment, so it was dissapointing. If we knew that, we might have chosen another stay.

The location was great, room was clean, you have all appliance you may need. But the appartment is really small and fits only 2 guests. If you travel with kids - not the best choice

− 1. Somehow you should park at a very busy street in the center of the city, get into lobby and find a key in a mailbox with a code. 2. Code numbers are very small and hard to see 3. Bath and hot tube was not working, that was a surprise from the host in less than 1h before arrival. 4. I got check in instructions in less than 1 hour before arrival while driving. of course I did not see them and the whole check in process was a huge frustration and stress

It is very conveniently located, it’s stocked well, the apartment was very nice and clean with a washer and smart tv. It also had free parking which was nice. Check-in and check-out process were very smooth.
