דירה על שפת הים עם בריכה גדולה
8.0נוף נפלא לים מהחלון הגדול של הדירה, קרוב מאוד לחוף גלי גליל המצויין, פרטיות, מזגנים טובים ושקטים יחסית, מיטה נוחה, לחץ מים באמבטיה מצויין, ניכרת מחשבה בעיצוב המקום גם מבחינת צבעים ותכנון לנוחות השהייה, בריכה ענקית (משותפת לדיירי הבניין אבל לא מלאה ועם שעות רחצה ארוכות- ללא מציל), בית כנסת ממש קרוב- ספרדי ואשכנזי (יבנה 4) וסופרמרקט מצויין צמוד לבניין.
− אין מזוזה בכניסה ללובי ובכניסה לחדר השינה, המון מדרגות תלולות וצרות מדלת הכניסה לדירה לתוך הדירה, כדאי להשקיע ממש קצת ולבצע גימורים (לסתום חור בקיר ולבצע צביעה מחדש של הקרמיקה במטבח וכדו'), תאורה חלשה מאוד ב"סלון" כשמנורה מרכזית כלל לא עבדה.
חשוב לא להציג מצג שווא-לא שווה את המחיר!

− הרגשתי מרומה !! שילמתי 823 כדי לקבל דירה עם מרפסת. בפועל זו היתה מרפסת עמידה. חשוב שאחרים יידעו שאין מרפסת שאפשר לשבת בה. חדר שינה צפוף בקושי אפשר לזוז. אין חלונות בחדר שינה. הרגשתי שנפלתי בפח.

En charmig lägenhet med enastående havsutsikt
10.0Verkligen en pärla till lägenhet, bekväm och med en fantastisk vy över havet. Ca 1 km till Nahariya som man enkelt kan gå på strandpromenaden. En stor supermarket precis bredvid. Har man bil kan man lätt nå många sevärdheter: Rosh haNiqra, Genesaret, Golan , Akko. Vi hade fin kommunikation med värden och informationen var tydlig. Hit kommer man gärna tillbaka. Tack!!
