We booked this chalet but got moved to another due to accessibility issues with this chalet (some trees were down near the property). I was offered an alternative location nearby which I accepted.

− The power went out a couple hours after we got there so we basically had to just go to bed, power wasn’t back on it on in the morning which led to their being no water to use the bathrooms or shower. Additionally, I did ask if the new location had a pergola over the hot tub like this property (so we could use it if it was raining) and was told yes, but when we arrived, we were misinformed. Also, the hot tub needs to be cleaned, lots of dead skin formed on the sides once we turned it on - yuck!

It was very clean and well kept up with. We loved the hot tub, the games and the kitchen. Very roomy (sleeps 6 people) and beds were very comfy.

Horrible Customer Care

The house was nice, clean and cute

− The customer service was horrible. Overshadowed the entire experience. Needed a early check in messaged and called right away. Was sent an email about the early check in but they declined they had one. I informed them o was coming hours away and I would appreciate getting my mom (who the house was for) settled. Called back when I got to the property no one answering the phone anymore but could message. I explained that I had arrived and would be waiting for the moments notice of check in so I could get back on the road. Arrived at 130 and waited and communicated throughout the hours via message. Although the reported cleaning person had left hours before 4 I was told I couldn't check in. They waited until after 4 then wouldn't return message about check in code until after 410. Then sent me multiple messages about waiting the dishes washes, trashes taken out and temp moved upon departure. The cleaning fee was $105 dollars. And even though the stay was 69 the total was over 200 but they want you to was dishes. Unbelievable! I will not be returning

We had a nice over night stay after a day of hiking and tubing. I would stay here again.

I liked the wooded location - so quiet.

− The inside of the house seems like a work in progress. It was clean but dated in the kitchen and bathroom. It’s an adorable layout and has so much potential.

Thes best value of the whole trip. Loved this place
