Molto bella la piscina, rilassante e ben tenuta.

− la struttura in sé più che accettabile se funzionasse e avesse servizi. piscina non balneabile senza nemmeno preavviso. mancanza di minimo indispensabile all’uso della cucina. presenti 2/bicchieri 2/tazzine 4/pentole, una macchinetta da caffè moka bialetti, un microonde non funzionante . Fine. qualche mestolo. doccetta rotta, scarico lavandino semintasato, e dicono in fundo senza acqua la mattina della partenza! assistenza via whatsapp con comodo o senza risposta per ore alle richieste! evito il commento sulla comprensione di quello scritto visto che le risposte contenevano solo punti interrogativi.

Estaba bien comunicado con las playas y el centro de tropea

− En primer lugar, las instalaciones, todo estaba descuidado, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba prácticamente rota y salía un chorro minúsculo, el enchufe del microondas no funcionaba, poco menaje de cocina, la nevera por la noche hacía un ruido horrible y dormir en el salón se hacía complicado, la terraza tenía el muro tan alto que prácticamente no se veía nada. Además de todo esto, intenté contactar con el propietario ya que tuvimos un par de problemas y no recibí respuesta hasta que le insistí varias veces, eso sí, para el check out y cobrar los 21 euros de tasas sí que fue rápido. Es una pena porque la casa tiene bastante potencial pero la atención y lo descuidado que está deja mucho que desear

Posizione, e la struttura ha delle buone potenzialità per essere eccellente

− Puliza: Appartamento non pulito, sporco sul pavimento, ragnatele e ragni soffitto bagno, cassetto posate sporco tazzine sporche. Accessori: Un solo cucchiaino, spugne per cucina usate, zanzariere non presenti, padella per cucinare mancante, due pattumiere rotte, televisione con soli 3 canali visibili (tutto comunicato) Servizi e comfort: All'arrivo scarico lavandino bagno e box doccia otturati, acqua calda non funzionante per poca pressione o problemi di calcare tubature (cosi ci ha detto l'idraulico). L'idraulico ha sturato il lavandino e box doccia la sera successiva alla nostra comunicazione e con noi in presenza in quanto ci veniva comunicato dal responsabile Daniele che non erano in possesso di seconde chiavi. Mentre l'acqua calda è stata sistemata 3 giorni dopo la nostra comunicazione. Cassetto del lavandino rotto. Alcuni imprevisti non possono essere anticipati, altri si, come ad esempio il lavandino e box doccia otturati in quanto una donna delle pulizie si accorge lavando se funzionano oppure no. In ogni caso se capitano queste cose mi aspetto da parte della struttura scuse o una qualche forma di risarcimento per i problemi causati. Spero che questi feedback possano servire alla proprietà per migliorare l'offerta per una struttura che ha ottime potenzialità.

Since the host does not live on-site, clear instructions for guests are essential, but these were missing. For example, we couldn’t find any cutlery until we contacted the host, who then explained that it was hidden in a secret drawer in the kitchen. A welcome guide with basic information would have avoided a lot of unnecessary frustration. Many of the amenities advertised on Booking were either unavailable or not working: ● The Wi-Fi password was not provided in advance. After asking, we still didn’t receive it, so we found the router ourselves and connected to the routrr, but there was no internet connection. After initially acknowledging the issue, the host stopped responding to my messages and never resolved it during our stay. As we did not have any phone Connection in the house, we had a forced digital detox during our stay. ● TV was in the flat but could not receive any channels making it unusable. ● The washing machine was only discovered by accident in the garden shed. It displayed an error message, making it unusable. ● Toiletries and Basic essentials were listed as included but things such as hand soap and a kitchen towel were missing. Considering the property is outside the city, guests should not have to purchase these basic items themselves. The pool area also lacked maintenance. The water was dirty when we arrived, and we eventually found the pool robot ourselves and started it. Again, some basic instructions for operating the equipment would have been helpful. Overall, this property has great potential thanks to its location and the beautiful house itself.

Отличное место для отдыха вдали от городской суеты, нужна машина. Чистота, уют и шикарное гостеприимство. Очень рекомендую!!!!!!
