10.0I loved this place! It has a great location, and the host was very nice, attentive, and helpful with information. It is in one of the best areas of Miami, with a beautiful view. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful Apt in the Miami Skyline!
10.0The host was fast with responding. I loved the remote door lock access. But the best part was there was bleach and other cleaning supplies that made me fresh sanitized and at home!
− Nothing.. if I had to say something the elevators to the top floor penthouse sometime took a few minutes because there was so many people using the elevators but I even liked the cleanliness there as well.

4.0− La première déception : l'appartement 4315 n'était pas nettoyé à notre arrivée après un long voyage fatigant. L'hôte a réagi rapidement pour nous proposer un autre logement 3015 mais avec une seule chambre donc obligé d'utiliser un canapé. Obligation de repartir à l'accueil pour récupérer la clef mais difficile pour eux de comprendre la situation et le fait de ne pas avoir été identifié avec ce nouveau numéro d'appartement nous a causé beaucoup de désagréments dans l'ascenseur, dans l'accès Piscine... Retour à l'appartement initialement prévu le lendemain 13 h 30, perte de temps sur une journée. Par ailleurs, l'appartement ne prévoit pas de torchons. Nous n'avions pour 10 jours qu'un demi-rouleau de Sopalin. Nous avons demandé d'autres serviettes mais nous ne les avons jamais eues. 1 serviette par personne pour 10 jours c'est limite ! L'état du canapé, des meubles et baignoires de salle de bain laissent à désirer. Il serait temps de changer le mobilier vieillissant et abîmé à ce niveau de prix !
