− The door was off its hinges, and it dropped on my wife. Apparently they have cleaners but it was so dusty could do with a better clean.

10.0Spacious rooms, really comfortable beds, two large TVs with netflix etc. Ample parking space and close to shops. Really responsive with communication from the beginning to the end.
− Carpets and floor could do with changing or a real deep wash and clean. Better ventilation and an air freshner in the bathroom. More tea bags, was only one when we arrived.
