3.0− Aircon at master bedroom broken, so need to complaint and waiting maintenance team to repaired..i go to holiday not at owner house. Then, bed at living room got bug and not clean. Lastly, floor trap blocked at washer machine. Very disappointed because of owner not ready for rent as a homestay.

− 1. Named to deceive 2. Poor communication 3. Unprofessional 4. Dirty 5. Poor location (Not tourist friendly) 1. The name of this property is Urban suite - I had intentionally avoided this place due to the reviews of the lift by other properties with nicer view & furnitures but still ended up here as the title of this property were "Premium World Class" - nothing world class about this place and neither was it premium. The furnitures were meh to cater to large groups (No sofa). 2. I had asked weeks prior if we could check-in early as this was crucial for our stay since my guests are from other countries, we were arriving early to explore the city and to accommodate our luggages. At Bookings, it was noted that we could check-in at 10.30am but we were only told the check-in time at 3pm upon arrival. We were also told to put our luggages at the "parcel area" which was out in the open behind a secluded unsecured area. 3. Worse? They requested for a security deposit at 1.30am otherwise they will not provide the unit details to us on the day that we would be arriving at 8am. Very unprofessional. 4. Since we could only check-in at 3pm, I specifically requested for the place to be clean but we could see what looked like semen on the livingroom window (benefit of the doubt- it could be sunscreen?) and the toilet is flooded with water during shower as the drainage is slow 🤦♀️ 5. There was no food/cafe's within walking distance so we had to Grab everywhere.

9.0− I waited literally 1.5hours just to get into the lift from car park to the house at 10pm. Need the management to make improvement on this. Luckily it was us,a group of teenagers.. Imagine how it will be if we have parents and old peoples.. And there was no waiting chairs. That was the worst experience i had
