Very disappointing stay — poor management, lack of basic amenities, and an unprofessional check-in experience.

Only the location was good.

− The check-in process was a complete nightmare. Even after communicating everything a week in advance, the owner asked for personal details through text messages, which I was not comfortable sharing. I offered to show ID in person, but they refused and delayed the check-in for almost two hours, leaving us standing outside on the street with no support. The house was poorly equipped with very limited kitchen, bathroom, and room supplies — definitely not what you expect for the price.

We never stayed at the property, we booked it on Sunday the 20th july and check in on monday the 21st of July...only last us half an hour to check everything was unexpected as it was on the ad for this property...the toilet blocked underneath no toilet paper, as we open the door to check in as we were wait for the owner to call us if were okay to check in...I rang her couple of times until she pick up the phone at 2.28pm that we are okay to check in, first thing we notice it was dusty on the floor the smell is disgusting inside the house, can't even open the windows it needs the key to unlock them, food cramps on the couches, hairs on the sheets cover...there were stains on the sink don't even know what they are...looks like they haven't clean it since their last customers....I have decided to call booking.com to make my complaint, spoke to a lady at booking.com and she advised us if we want to look for another accommodation that's fine, she will have to file a complaint to get our full refund, we ended up booking another accommodation and moved in straight away to Quest Hotel in Werribee, we stayed there from the 21st up until the 28th of July, which is so beautiful and clean...but now still waiting on our refund from booking.com as I have advised by the customer services...hope someone can follow up on this matter urgently and get back to us ASAP, as we need our shopping money for our stayed in Australia thank you.

− I will never recommend this property to anyone of my family or any of my friends or I will have to post something about this property on social media until I get my refund...we never experienced anything like this ever since we traveled...please we need our refund ASAP...as we never spend any night at that address, we change our accommodation straight away due to the house been untidy and not a clean property at all.

− The beds were so uncomfortable we could feel the steel from the mattress, this lead us to buying a blow up mattress so we could get at least one night good sleep. The host must have Expectied us to feed a family with one fork? When having provide linen shouldn't it be clean??? Tv has no antenna?? Not even enough detergent to wash a round of plates?? Not sure what toiletries they mentioned the provide but there was none to be seen Plates were dirty two had hair on them My husband slipped on the flooring in the kitchen that moves now that is a liability Cobwebs all over the sofa in garage with no extra sheets as they stated in advertisement they provide linen?? They turned garage into another room mentioned heating throughout the apartment in advertising but I wouldn't even allow a pet to sleep out there with how cold it was. Provide an empty box of glad wrap and foil ??? No broom to sweep Mould in shower And let's not forget the unclean property when we got there our kids feet were black within the hour!!! Black garbage bag is covering the fire alarm. I'm not usually ever particular and never had issuses with our frequent stays in Melb but this was so terrible, There needs to be some kind of reimbursement the host showed no remorse or empathy.
