Insgesamt hinterlässt der Aufenthalt daher einen gemischten Eindruck
4.0Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Team war freundlich. WLAN hat super funktioniert. Parkplatz wurde für uns reserviert. Gemeinschaftshof mit Sauna war in unmittelbarer Nähe. (siehe Foto)
− Leider wurde der Urlaub durch einen Unfall im Treppenhaus erheblich beeinträchtigt. Im Dunkeln kam es an einer schwer erkennbaren einzelnen Stufe zu einer Fußverletzung, die ärztlich behandelt werden musste und zu einer Arbeitsunfähigkeit führte. (siehe Foto) Dadurch konnten geplante Aktivitäten wie Wanderungen und Wellness nur eingeschränkt wahrgenommen werden. Aus unserer Sicht sollte insbesondere die Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus sowie die Kennzeichnung der einzelnen Stufe überprüft werden, um ähnliche Vorfälle künftig zu vermeiden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass nach unserem Aufenthalt schließlich eine vollständige Rückerstattung des Übernachtungspreises angeboten wurde.

9.0Kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung! Wir waren erst spät Abends da , trotzdem hat es mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel gut geklappt. Gut organisiert!
