Stunning views & lovely house. Shame the neighbours ruined it.

− The neighbours were incredibly noisy. Dog constantly barking and children screaming and shouting until midnight. then at midnight they played loud music outside the bedroom window until 05:30am. It ruined the first day of our 1 week holiday because we were exhausted the next day with three children (10,9 and 5years) who were also kept awake all night. We would like a refund please. So glad we moved to our other villa and didnt stay here for the whole holiday.

Decent villa hard to find, loud neighbors

Liked the pool and laulyout of the house. Access to the sea was nice

− There were not the essentials needed for cooking or comforts for extra bedding and things. It was very difficult to find & the neighbors were VERY loud & their dogs bark all night. The amenities also say a wash machine is there, but it's not.

Location perfect and wow walking into the sea straight from the villa is fantastic....!

− What was really disturbing is the next door local neighbors who live there have a "watchdog" but not really a watch dog (it's a border collie) so it's barking all the time desperate for attention and really annoying all the time even at night when you're sleeping..!

Beautiful properly located right on the water with a private beach and pool, incredible patio with dining table and seating area to watch the sunset, clean, air conditioned, super nice property manager (who gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and things to do), on-site parking, new property, kitchenette with full sized fridge and freezer, proximity to great restaurants.

− This is a brand new property, so I acknowledge that there are still things they are working on. However, there are a few things that were not pleasant during our stay: 1. the exact address of the property is neither on the Booking.com listing nor searchable on Google. There is a other Astarte villa 1-2 mins drive away which is easily confused and shows up when you search the listed address on Google Maps. The taxi (arranged for us by the property) dropped us off at the wrong location and we had to wait outside until the property manager kindly came to pick us up. The easiest way to find the property is to search Dominicale restaurant and take the small street all the way down to the end. 2. The property appears unfinished in some areas. There was a large hole in the hallway, some wires sticking out of the walls. The shower was just adjacent to the toilet without a dividing curtain or door such that everything in the bathroom got wet each time someone showered 3. We were told we could have late checkout between 11-11:30am when normal checkout is 10am. We thought this was an incredibly nice gesture. However, on the day we were supposed to check out, the cleaners arrived and knocked on the door at 9:45am and asked to start. We were not ready to go. We had to call the property manager multiple times and were told there was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew. The cleaners were very rude and repeatedly knocked to demand that they start cleaning even though we were still packing up our things. We had to rush to get our things out, and I think the way this was handled was inexcusable.
