We would have absolutely no hesitation to stay at this accommodation again. It has all that we need.

Warm welcome from our host Lucy. The accommodation was a reasonable size room with an excellent en suite, lots of storage and well stocked coffee or tea making facilities. It was spotlessly clean, light and comfortable with convenient parking and plenty of outdoor space whilst maintaining a good degree of privacy. We were visiting our family in Southam for which it couldn't be better placed. We will definitely be returning in the future!

− It was very hot outside and the accommodation would definitely have benefited from air conditioning during the period of our stay. We personally don't like towels that have been washed with fabric conditioner because it removes their absorbency. This is a personal preference and it definitely would not stop us returning to this excellent accommodation. No breakfast in house. We had a bacon bap at the on site cafe which was a little out of proportion. 1" thick bread and 1.5 rashers of bacon. Perched on top was a Hash Brown which was full of onion, even after I had informed the staff that I was allergic to onion. Result: Most of the bread and the Hash Brown was left on the plate at the end. Illness set in during the afternoon. Good value though if you like bread and are not allergic to onion. I must stress that this was not linked with the accommodation, but an independent Cafe on the site.

Would definitely return had everything needed clean modern would highly recommend!

The property was really modern clean and nice really well equipment with biscuits etc had a really nice time and stay and lovely rural area and handy a cafe over the road and the apartment smelt really nice !

− The only thing I could say was the car parking situation there was no designated spaces for residents so when we come back of a evening there was no parking outside out apartment as the pub next door everyone used the spaces for other then that everything was spot on !

Super! Clean, modern, well-equipped and comfortable, and in a great location, with lots of car parking and a super cafe opposite.

− Nothing. Even though we were right next to the pub we weren’t disturbed by noise. It was quiet and we had two great nights’ sleep.
