8.0Convenient. Clean. I feel comfortable on my stay. Im not fussy at all. Im just not sure if it was new sheet or not.
− I think its normal to greet the cockroach in the toilet? And the daddy long legs webbing on the pillow. Maybe next time just need to check before any guest arrive.

− Few issues with staff of the Mesetiera Gardens. Noticed that they are not consistent with the rules. Others are allowing visitors to park in front longer while others are not. Other staff allow visitors/ tenants to put their feet on the tables at the lobby while resting and at the same time telling others off. Administration staff and guards have different answers re: rules in these scenarios.
This studio is the perfect place for a couple to stay in Davao.
10.0We stayed for three weeks in this condo. This place rates well beyond my expectations. The air conditioner kept the whole condo cool. The WIFI was exceptional for streaming and work. The on-demand water heater provided hot showers.
