Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment
9.0A beautiful place, tastefully decorated in a great location. Once can see the old town from the terrace which is just a few minutes walk away. Communication was easy & smooth

8.0The location was great and the apartment looked like the pictures. It's very spacious and the design is fun. There was a lockbox next to the door for the keys, which was very convenient. Free parking spaces close by (with a bit of luck).
− The check-in process was a lot. It was unclear to me that after booking it via booking.com, there would be a whole additional process, where we had to fill in data and even sign a rental agreement. It was quite a bit of work and time for just two nights of accommodation. We received a lot of automatic messages (regarding this check-in process and the place itself) and it was difficult to find the right information in so many messages. Also, there was an automatic full payment taken out of our credit card via the check-in website, even though we already paid in full via booking.com (confirmed by the host). The host refunded us after I informed her about the double payment, so it was all settled in the end. But please be mindful of this.

10.0All about the house was incredible: extremely cosy, a lot of space and light, beautiful ceilings, walls, floors, furniture. terrace on the roof with very nice 360 view, private entrance from the street, 2 minutes from city center, 30 seconds from best panzerrottis in town, 10 seconds from the city park with very nice brocante on Sunday. Particularly confortable beds. Good kitchen for cooking. Very serius and secure check-in. Grazie Antonella!
− Really, nothing negative! 1 thing: the wi-fi did not work, but we didn’t have time to suffer on it
