1.0Geräumiges Apartment und man kann kochen, aber es gibt nur einen Topf und eine sehr kleine Pfanne. Wenn man den Pool nutzen will, bucht man am besten das Apartment im Ersgeschoss mit Terrasse. Sonst hat man keinen Platz am Pool, weil der Pool sehr klein ist. Es gibt bessere Hotels mit größeren Pools in Iquitos.
− Der Herr an der Rezeption wollte beim Einchecken gleich 20% mehr und hat den erhöhten Preis auf den Dollarkurs geschoben. Ich habe aber nicht in Dollar reserviert, sondern in Soles. Auf meiner Buchung stand klar und schön 110 Soles inklusive Steuern. Einen Tag später war das Apartment statt für 110 Soles für 150 Soles auf booking com. Sehr kleiner Pool und die Klimaanlage im Wohnraum hat nicht funktioniert, nur die im Schlafraum. Check out war bis halb zwölf, aber schon um elf haben die Hotelassistenten die Leute aus den Zimmern geklopft. Zuletzt: Auf diese Bewertung gab Herr G. eine Antwort und behauptet ich hätte auf seine Frage nach meiner Begleitung verärgert reagiert. 1) er hat beim Einchecken überhaupt nichts gefragt. Er wollte nur einen höheren Preis. 2) Ich habe als alleinreisende Frau ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Wo liegt das Problem? 3) Es gab also keine Begleitung, wie Herr G. behauptet. Und schon gar keinen Betrunkenen. Aus diesen Gründen nur ein Punkt.

5.0El espacio del departamento, los equipos disponibles y la ubicación en general.
− El moho en las paredes y el trato de la administración. A pesar de ser la necesaria la tarjeta de crédito para realizar la reserva, piden pago adelantado para "garantizar la reserva". Cobran el dólar como si fuera euro, recién cuando llegamos nos dijeron que cobraban aparte 6% a pesar de usar tarjeta de débito (para pagar el monto restante) y no crédito y por último ni revisaron nuestras identificaciones, a pesar de estar con una menor.

9.0La pileta, que era amplio el espacio muy bien conectada con buses, súper tranquila para descansar, el baño muy grande con agua caliente.

10.0The property manager was very accommodating and got our AC fixed when it wasn’t cooling properly. Also it was nice that someone was always at the front desk. It made us feel safe since we were traveling with littles. Our kids loved the pool! We would definitely stay here again!
