Aboid this place at any cost! There’s a nice hotel down the road if you love the location. It’s an utter rip off.
1.0The location was great. However, there are much better options nearby.
− There’s mould all over the house. We traveled with my sister who has got lung cancer and you could guess how dangerous it would be for her to be exposed to a mouldy house. Although, we raised the issue with customer service and the landlord, they refused to get us a refund or offer us an alternative solution. According to the customer service, they couldn’t get hold of them. The customer service was as horrible as the evasive landlord and the property manager. Faulty equipments and filthy dishes. Some of the facilities mentioned in the description including kettle don’t exist. The washing machine doesn’t work. We informed them about all these issues and they didn’t give a toss! If you have got an issue, the landlord and Nelson(the guy you need to communicate on booking.com) keep passing you to each other!
