8.0La villa è bella, ben attrezzata e spaziosa. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro città facilmente. Diverse spiagge/stabilimenti nelle vicinanze, facilmente raggiungibili con la macchina. Molto comodo anche il fatto di trovare il supermercato e il forno a due passi.
− Sarebbe utile mettere una segnalazione, targhetta o simile, sulla strada che porta verso la casa in modo tale di poter facilmente individuare la casa senza dover girare troppo. Abbiamo trovato scomodo anche l'accesso al parcheggio. Fosse stato rifinito sarebbe stato meglio.
