9.0Nice and spacious house (spacious for UK living). It was clean, except the living room carpet was a little nasty, but covered with another carpet so it was okay Allowed us early check-in, must appreciate that
− Hist didn't seem courteous. I knew inside smoking is not allowed and I respect that. A week before checking in, I just inquired if smoking is allowed in the backyard (open space out the house) and instead of saying no, he started threatening that he'll remove me from the house and non-refund etc. Host could have been a little courteous Mattress are okay, not most comfortable as you'll find in hotels I still have given a very good feedback

10.0The property is very clean and comfortable. Everything about this property is very nice. Having a toilet downstairs was great for the kids. The garden is very safe for children play. It was easy to find the property, located in a very quiet area.
