− The value for money was not good. Property is dated and for the price could have been better in comparison to other properties I’ve stayed at in the area for the same price. The garden bush also needs to be cut down there are multiple wasps and bees in the garden so impossible to go outside.

− The house needs some DIY and attention. Some nicer furnishings, curtains etc would bring it up to the standards of other properties I've stayed in in the area of the same price.
