7.0Me gusta paisajes de casa, fue bonito.
− Lo que no me gusta es check-in a las 15:00 y check-out a las 10:00. Si se ponga check-in a las 3 de la tarde, hay que ser check-out al menos en 12:00. Eso me parecía raro. Y en cocina no hay sitio para limpiar platos, hay que tirar lavavajillas para más espacio.

4.0Cortesía de café y agua en la nevera. Existencia de 2 ventiladores.
− Suelo visitar Basel todos los años y es la primera vez que no hemos estado cómodos en un apartamento de esta ciudad, hasta el punto de que hemos comido y cenado fuera todos los días. Destaca la falta de limpieza del apartamento (suelo, superficies, ventiladores, terraza, etc). Tuvimos que limpiar las superficies de los estantes de baño y habitación para poder dejar las cosas. El suelo tenía restos de migas de la estancia anterior y mucha pelusa debajo de las pateas de la mesita del salón. El suelo de la terraza tenía mucha suciedad, había colillas en el suelo y en el cenicero. Los cojines de encima del palé de la terraza (supuesto sofá) tan sucios que optamos por no usarlo. Resulta insuficiente dejar un juego de toallas finas por persona para una estancia de 8 dias en una época de extremo calor. Ausencia de espacio para la ropa. Del mueble del salón, solo había 2 estantes libres, el resto todo ocupado y el armario de debajo del interfono, también estaba lleno de cosas. Ni una sola percha ni posibilidad de dejar la ropa de 2 personas de una semana. Espacio pequeño sobre todo porque ofrecen la posibilidad de ser ocupado por 4 personas. Envié un mensaje al llegar por la falta de limpieza y me respondieron por inteligencia artificial. Creo que al menos debían haberse disculpado personalmente.

8.0The hosts answered almost immediately. Apartment has everything needed for the stay. On my request the beds were prepared so we could sleep separately. Very good selection of coffee. Convenient access to the public transport. Elevator in the building. Apartment as in photos.
− Had a little trouble to open the key box during check-in. Too many unnecessary staff in the TV shelves. Couple of them could be used as a storage for guests. And unfortunately, we heard music/concerts/neighbors' celebrations - idk, just maybe that was some festive days in Basel.
