This is a very nice place, extremely clean, with nice amenities that make the unit feel like a home, including hangers that you can detach from the rod, a full length mirror conveniently located, enough pots and pans, dishes and cutlery for you to actually cook and serve meals. All the kitchen amenities were clean and not damaged like some other places I have stayed at. The photos accurately depict the unit. Staff is fairly responsive, except on Sundays. It usually takes up to 4 hours for you to get a response to your questions. It is a bit of a walk into town for activities or groceries, but easy to hire transportation from Malvar Rd.

− Pease be aware that this place is not really as advertised. You are essentially in one of the units in an older apartment building which is two stories. Richkizz manages these units. The other units are actually lived in full-time by local people. Despite the listing on booking.com, there is no front desk, concierge, front desk, spa, restaurant, or on-site staff physically present at the location. Since you can order room service, one might assume that there is a restaurant here, but the meals you order are prepared off-site in someone else's home and delivered to your room.  Other reviews indicate that the office is only 60 m away from this apartment building and where your unit is, but that is no longer the case. Management staff and the office are located a 12-minute walk away. If you need immediate assistance, there will be no one to help you. The listing indicates specific check in and checkout times which really do not matter much because no one is actually on site for you to check in with or check out with. The keys to your unit are in a lock box and you let yourself in and out. If the absence of the stated amenities matter to you, you should find a different place to stay. If not, this place would suit your needs perfectly. On my first of 3 nights here, I was dismayed by the lack of accuracy of the listing. But I quickly got into the rhythm of Richkizz and Puerto Princesa and I would definitely stay there again at this wonderful place.

My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful homestay, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience! The service was absolutely superb from start to finish. The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the local market, shopping mall, and all forms of transportation. What I really appreciated was the thoughtful provision of brochures for contacting transportation, laundromats, food delivery services, and even water delivery. This made everything so much more convenient during my stay. The homestay also felt very safe and secure, which gave me peace of mind throughout our stay.. Most of all, the staff was incredibly reliable, accommodating, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent budget-friendly yet convenient home for rent for families!

This is a reasonably priced home for rent that's perfect for families! It's very close to the airport (about a 5 minute tricycle ride) and hailing tricycles along the highway to go basically anywhere was easy. We were able to move around comfortably and being able to cook was a plus. Their little honesty store was also a lifesaver as we arrived at night and couldn't eat out; having a little pantry at our fingertips was such a blessing! We also appreciated the clothesline as we had a lot of wet clothes that needed to be hung out to dry. Unfortunately, the breakfast option was not available due to the holidays, but nevertheless the staff were very attentive to our concerns and responded promptly tp everything. They were even kind enough to refund us 50% as I overbooked and could only stay for half a week due to a change in travel plans. I would definitely recommend this to families looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable accommodation!

− There was a power outage one night, but it only lasted for two hours and I heard that this is a common occurrence in Puerto Princesa. It wasn't a big inconvenience though, just be aware.
