Above average but better options exist
7.0Property was balanced but the check inn and check out process was cumbersome. The host was kind enough to allow for an earlier check inn which we are thankful about but there wasn’t any reception desk or it is not actually a hotel type facility. It was more of a 1:1 interaction and check inn. During the check out process host was inside the apartment watching us pack, which wasn’t very comfortable. Price is very high for an above average facility.
− Poor parking facilities. Parking is this only for small cars and drivers with exceptional under ground garage handling skills. Although the host did point to a near by mall parking which wasnt’ bad, and I was able to find my own free parking over night at a near by white line. Had to enquire about hot water which takes a minute or two to appear in the bath shower. Beds were average but the property is spacious and sleeps comfortably five people. Iron could leave marks on the clothes so didn’t use. Location is good and close to centre

10.0Apartament bardzo czysty. Dobrze przygotowany dla gości. Apartament przestronny z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami. Pokoje są duże, klimatyzacja działa świetnie. Jest osobna w każdym z trzech pokoi. 200m od apartamentu jest niewielkie centrum handlowe i sporej wielkości sklep spożywczy. Do metra i kolejki 400 metrów. Jednym bądź drugim można dojechać do wszystkich ważniejszych miejsc w Rzymie. Watykan oddalony o około 1.5 -2km. Okolica wydaje się bezpieczna. Wracaliśmy po zmroku i było ok. Apartament posiada garaż (dokładny opis w minusach). Bardzo mili i sympatyczni właściciele apartamentu. Łatwy i przyjazny kontakt telefoniczny/mailowy.
− Brak zmywarki. Mały blat w kuchni. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu z bardzo niewygodnym, trudnym dojazdem. Nie wyobrażam sobie codziennie wjeżdzać/wyjeżdżać samochodem. Byliśmy szerokim samochodem o długości ponad 4.60m i parkowanie było trudne. Woda pod prysznicem działa specyficznie. Trzeba długo czekać aż zrobi się ciepła a potem uważać żeby cię nie poparzyła. Internet wifi czasem przerywa. Mimo wszystko to są niewielkie minusy w porównaniu do plusów.
