This is my second time staying in this apartment and I always l choose this apartment

Goed verblijf op mooie plek en goed alles bereikbaar

Overal was aan gedacht en het was zeer schoon en goede locatie.

− Gebruiksaanwijzingen hoe werkt het scherm voor het balkon zodat je toegang kon hebben tot het balkon. Er zijn 2 appartementen die verhuurd worden en zeg even dat het op de 5e verdieping is ons appartement. We zijn letterlijk alle verdiepingen afgelopen. De appartementen hebben geen nummer. Ik vond dat niet duidelijk. Hetzelfde voor de poorten van de garage. Ten eerste welke garage. Zeg even dat de sleutel in het slot moet aan de zijkant van het gebouw in de gebruiksaanwijzing. Ik stelde een vraag via telefoonnummer maar het telefoonnummer was een afspeelbandje dat je maar moest e-mailen. Nooit antwoord op gekregen. Maar verder was het een fijn appartement.

Am stat 6 fete în Apartartamentul Einstein, frumos compartimentat și amenajat, cu camere luminoase și spațioase, 2 băi una cu cadă și una doar cu wc si chiuvetă, dotate cu produse de igienă, uscător de păr, fier de călcat, dar totuși am întâmpinat mai multe probleme.

− Deși am menționat că suntem 6 persoane, doar paturile din dormitoare erau făcute, în salon, canapele nu erau pregătite. Aveam destule perne și pilote, dar nu am găsit cearșafuri de pus pe canapele. În plus, curățenia lasă de dorit. Cred că nu s-a mai șters de mult praful pe podele, în toate colțurile camerelor plase de păianjeni și proprietarii lor. Aparatul de aer condiționat slab performant. Niște flori de plastic în tavan care acoperă gaura de lângă lustre. Vasele de toaletă necesitau o spălare mai atentă. Balconul cu terasă drăguț, dar nu l-am folosit deloc, păcat ca nu s-au curățat buruienile dintre pavele. O altă dificultate întâmpinată a fost cu cheia de la intrarea în bloc, am pierdut timp până am găsit cheia blocului, ar fi mai simplu să fie legate într-un breloc cele două chei, cea de bloc cu cea de apartament. În concluzie, apartamentul are potențial, dar trebuie mai multă atenție la curățenie și organizare.

A spacious apartment with wooden floors and a balcony within easy tram ride from the city.

− When we arrived to the apartment it seemed ok but we realised that the floors had not been cleaned properly as there was dirt marks and crumbs everywhere. We found dirty underwear in the washing machine too. The shower and bathroom facilities are adequate, however, the shower is above a narrow and shallow bath with a shower curtain which got stuck to your skin if it touched you in that narrow space.no hanging or surface space hooks/space in the bathroom. Lots of rules and notes🤣plugs! But there was a couple of adaptors which you had to switch between the appliances. The balcony was overgrown with weeds in between the concrete slabs. There is no air conditioning in a flat and is facing sun so very hot inside and have to keep doors open all the time (as a consequence of having to smell neighbours smoking pot).
